FITNESS CENTER

Hours of Operation: 24 hour access with hotel room key.

Guest have complimentary access to our fitness room which is located on lobby level. Children under 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

A jogging outdoor trail map is available at the Concierge Desk.

POOL/JACUZZI

Hours of Operation: 8am-12am midnight daily.

Towels are available on pool deck. An adult must accompany children. During inclement weather, the pool will be closed. No glass containers or coolers may be used on the pool deck. There is no lifeguard on duty. An emergency phone is located in pool area. Pool area is checked regularly by Security.

GIFT SHOP

Hours of Operation: 6am-9pm daily.

Various sundries are available in the gift shop, including postcards, stamps, phone cards, magazines, newspapers, some apparel, pool toys, sunglasses, Florida gifts, and Disney gifts.

This outlet shares a cashier with Smooth Java.

EXPEDIA DESK

Hours of Operation: 7am-8pm Monday-Sunday.

The Guest Service Desk provides many services including attraction tickets, golf arrangements, 1-Ride Trolley Passes, vacation planning, sightseeing and local tours, maps, and airport and attraction shuttles. Attraction tickets are available (Universal, Disney, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens). Transportation to the attractions can also be arranged here.

This desk is staffed and managed by an outside vendor.

BAGS

Hours of Operation: 6am-12pm daily.

BAGS is a remote airline check-in service that allows airline passengers on domestic flights to receive a boarding pass and check-in their luggage from the lobby of the Rosen Plaza Hotel. The price for using BAGS is a $15.00 service fee per passenger plus any luggage fees the airline may charge (i.e. overweight bags, 1'1 bag charge, etc.). Group rates are available based on group size. Passengers must check-in with BAGS at least 3 hours before their departure time, on the same day of travel.

BOARDING PASSES

Hours of Operation: 24 hour access

A printing station is available for guests to print out airline boarding passes at the Front Desk. This is a complimentary self-service station that is available 24 hours per day. All major airlines boarding passes may be printed here (for airlines not listed, please check with the Front Desk).

RICOH BUSINESS CENTER

Hours of Operation: 7am-6:30pm Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm Saturday, closed on Sunday.

The business center handles faxes, copying and printing. They also have computer stations available for Internet access. A credit card for payment is needed.

ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR

Car rentals are not available on site but pick-up can be arranged by picking up the Enterprise phone located over by the Guest Service Desk.

LAUNDRY SERVICES

Guests have access to washers/dryers on the 3rd, 7th and 11th floors.

These machines are managed by an outside vender and operated by tokens at $2.00 each cycle, a token machine is located in laundry area.

PARISIAN DRY CLEANING SERVICES

Outside Dry Cleaning services are also available: Hours of operation: 8:30am pick up for return on same day after 5pm. Seven days a week- no pick-up on holidays.

Laundry tickets and bags are available in the closet of each guest room. Guests must bring laundry bags to the Bell Stand before 8:30am, bags will NOT be picked up from guest room doors.
