BELL SERVICES

Bellpersons are available at the Main Entrance and Lobby of the hotel. They would be pleased to assist with luggage storage and porterage.

BUSINESS SERVICES

Located on the Lower Lobby Level, the Business Center offers a full range of services. Hours of operation are Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday until 4:00 p.m. (with seasonal variations). Please note that the Business Center is closed on statutory holidays. The After Hours Business Center is available 24/7 through the Front Desk.

Available Services Include:

•Conference support such as transcription and translation;

•High-speed copying, color, and black and white laser printing;

•High-speed Internet access (nominal fees will apply);

•Office equipment rentals such as fax machines, photocopiers, and computers.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time is noon.

CONCIERGE

The Concierge Desk is situated in the Lobby beside the Registration Desk. The Concierge will be able to provide you with further city and restaurant information, as well as assist you with any other questions you may have about your stay.

EXPRESS CHECK-OUT

Express check-out options are available including using your mobile device. Simply send a message to clh.guestservices@fairmont.com with your guestroom number and it will be our pleasure to send you a copy of your invoice electronically.

Alternatively, you may choose to drop your key in our Express Check-Out box located beside the Concierge desk neighboring the hallway to La Terrasse. A copy of your invoice will be sent to you upon your request. You are also able to verify the status of your account and check-out from the Hotel through your guestroom television.

FAIRMONT GOLD

Whether you travel for business or leisure, Fairmont Gold offers a level of service and recognition that will help you make the most of every moment, ensuring a stay that is nothing short of unforgettable.

HEALTH CLUB & POOL

The Health Club and Pool are located on the Lower Level. The fitness room is open 24-hours with guestroom key access. Pool hours of operation are daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Please note that children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian of at least 16 years of age at all times while at the pool. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted access to the fitness room.

Our Health Club offers complete services and facilities including:

• 20 yard pool (18.6 meter)

• Aerobics equipment, including elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bicycles, and a rowing machine

• Weight-training equipment

• Complimentary towels, padlocks, and headsets

•Registered Massage Therapy & Wellness Services are available by appointment

Health Club Memberships are available and can be purchased with the Health Club Attendant on Duty.

HOUSEKEEPING

The Housekeeping Department is responsible for the cleanliness of the hotel and its bedrooms, as well as the Lost and Found department and Babysitting services. The team is available to assist with additional in-room amenities such as cribs upon request.

LAUNDRY SERVICES

Dry cleaning and laundry services are available by contacting the Concierge Desk or our Housekeeping Department. They offer same-day and/or overnight services.

PARKING

The hotel's parking is accessible from Rideau Street (front of the hotel) or MacKenzie Street (side of the hotel).

Valet parking: $45 CAD/night with unlimited access

PET POLICY

Fairmont Château Laurier will accept pets (cats or dogs) less than 20 lbs., with an additional fee of $50 CAD per day. For the convenience of our guests who are traveling with a larger pet, the hotel Concierge can provide a list of Ottawa-area boarding alternatives. It is recommended to bring the pet's immunization certification.

TOUR THE HOTEL - THERE IS AN APP FOR THAT!

Fairmont Château Laurier offers a wonderful self-guided tablet tour. Guests staying in Ottawa's castle can borrow an iPad from the front desk to experience this interactive historical tour, featuring a narrative walk through time including stories and images of years gone by. This APP is also available as a free download on your own tablet device.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY

The hotel has guestrooms which are specially designed for physically challenged guests. They feature wider entrance doors, lower light switches and grab bars in the bathroom. Wheelchairs are available through the Concierge Desk on a first come, first served basis.

WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS (WIFI)

WIFI connectivity is available in various public spaces and in all 429 guestrooms. This service is available for a fee or by using your existing Fairmont President’s Club number.
