1608 WINE & CHEESE BAR

A place to savor and taste, where the passion for our local cheeses is combined with great wines from around the world. Discover a great variety and diversity of Québec cheeses, perfectly matured inside our cheese room and paired perfectly to one of our many wines by the glass. Named after the year Quebec City was founded, on the exact site of this bar, the 1608 offers one of the largest varieties of top Quebec cheeses in Canada. Overlooking the St. Lawrence River, it showcases stunning views.
