Along with its famous frozen Ice Bar and private vodka vault, Red Square boasts an incomparable vodka selection, as well as an intriguing list of signature cocktails and martinis created by a team of master mixologists.

Executive Chef Julian Serrano serves a blend of French- and Spanish-influenced cuisine, including Foie Gras Au Torchon, Poached Oysters, seasonal fish, veal, and a surprising dessert every night. Vegetarian options available. Ladies and gents should come dressed to impress. Jackets are recommended but not required. But don't show up in shorts, sports apparel, and open shoes, as you will not be seated. Closed Tuesdays.

Chef Eric Ou creates an approachable sushi menu using only fresh seafood and farm-to-table ingredients.Try a Surf-n-Turf or Sekushi Lobster roll, and taste for yourself why this hidden gem is becoming a must for foodies and critics alike. Pair your sushi with foie gras, Japanese A5 Wagyu beef, Kumamoto oysters, fresh uni, and the highest-grade otoro. Ask to see the sake menu; it includes something for even the pickiest palates. Lunch is served from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, and the lunch menu includes an assortment of bento boxes and a perfect creamy seafood Udon soup nicknamed "The Hangover Cure."
