THE LIFE ENRICHMENT CENTER

"Meaningful Life" will truly come alive in this space and throughout The Woodlands.

Gather for celebrations, birthday parties, religious services, and special events in our beautiful Life Enrichment Center. Our Life Enrichment Center gives our residents, guests, and family members a place to socialize, nurture their spiritual well-being, enjoy learning and enrichment activities, and benefit from inter-generational experiences. Our Life Enrichment Center has technology that lets us broadcast events, host professional performances, and stream programs to other areas of the building.

THE PALM BISTRO

Residents, guests, family members, and staff can enjoy homemade meals at The Palm Bistro.

We emphasize fresh and wholesome at The Palm Bistro, whether you’re looking for something healthy or want to indulge with one of our sinfully delicious desserts. We serve breakfast sandwiches all day; salads made with farm-fresh produce (choose as your entrée or as part of a sandwich combo meal); soup; and, for dessert, salted caramel brownies, a selection of ice cream flavors, and seasonal desserts. Sit for a spell or order from our grab-and-go menu.

We serve Seattle's Best® coffee; TAZO® tea; and LaVazza® espresso beverages for lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas. If you don’t like caffeinated beverages, we make available a range of soft drinks and real fruit smoothies, as well as a selection of domestic and imported beer and red and white wine.

The Palm Bistro is open from 7:00 am until 8:00 pm Sunday through Thursday, and from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm on Friday and Saturday.

WELLNESS STUDIO

Your home to heal and be well!

The Wellness Studio is a shared space for elders, residents, and guests here for outpatient services. Therapists provide physical, occupational, and speech services, and are trained in multiple specialties, including cardiac rehab, neurological diseases, orthopedic, low vision, balance, falls, and urinary incontinence. We also provide services before and after someone has surgery. Our team has degrees in Exercise Science, is certified with ACSM as Certified Exercise Physiologists, and creates individualized plans for residents and guests.

While in our Wellness Studio, utilize our state-of-the-art equipment including Nu-Step and HUR equipment, which we program for each user’s personal settings. We also can manually adjust the equipment prior to use. Once you’ve been medically cleared to exercise and completed a required fitness assessment, you will complete an orientation and develop your start-up settings.

REJUVENATE SALON AND SPA

Rejuvenate Salon & Spa offers a full line of hair, nail, massage, facial, and barber services. We pride ourselves on providing a soothing experience, after which you’ll leave feeling better than ever. Our spa is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm Barber services are available only on Mondays.
