DUBOSE HOUSE

The DuBose House is the heart of the property where guests can enjoy true southern hospitality along with fresh, seasonal menus that feature house-grown herbs. It is available for conference guests as well as for individual guests.

DUBOSE GARDENS

Located next to the DuBose House, the Gardens feature a pergola, circular footpath and a wide variety of regional plants.

FITNESS CENTER

Located on the Upper Level of McLean Hall. Offers cardio equipment including treadmills, stationary bikes and eliptical machines, free weights, dry sauna, calisthenics and resistance training area.

GIFT SHOP

Located next to the Front Desk in McLean Hall. Offers a selection of UNC souvenirs as well as essentials that may have been forgotten at home.

LAUNDRY

Located on the Upper Level of McLean Hall. Complimentary washers, dryers and laundry detergent are available to overnight guests.

SALES OFFICE

Interested in booking an event at the Rizzo Center? Stop by the Front Desk and ask to speak with someone in our Sales Department about reserving guestrooms, meeting or special event space.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

The Rizzo Center offers complimentary shuttle service within a 5-mile radius. Reservations are recommended and can be made with the Front Desk.

SPORTS BAR

Located on the Lower Level of McLean Hall. Offers a relaxing environment for guest to enjoy light-fare, after hours menus and drinks and socialize with colleagues. Features big-screen TVs, darts, billiards and an outdoor patio. Opens at 5:30 PM, food is served until 10PM and the bar closes at 11 PM.
