THE SPA AT ROSEN CENTRE

The Spa at Rosen Centre offers a host of amenities to help awaken your senses. Select from massage therapy, body treatments, facials and skin treatments, hair, makeup, nail care or waxing. A la carte services and packages available.

FITNESS CENTER

Hours of Operation: 24 hour access

Our 24-hour fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art cardio equipment, strength training and free weights to satisfy your workout needs. Cardio equipment includes treadmills, arc trainers, ellipticals, and cardio bikes with flat-screen monitors and iPod connections for your personal enjoyment. Fitness equipment includes a free weight Smith machine, Cable Cross adjustable machine, circuit training machines, medicine balls, resistance balls and dumbbells up to 100lbs.

THE SHOPPE AT ROSEN CENTRE

Hours of Operation: 7am-10pm

Our gift shop is located at the entrance to the spa and features Florida fashions, resort apparel, swimsuits, accessories, fragrances, designer sunglasses, and Florida souveniers and gifts.

RICOH BUSINESS CENTER

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:30pm, Saturday 8am-12pm, closed on Sunday.

The business center handles faxes, copying, and printing. Computer stations are also available for Internet access at a fee.

ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 8am-2pm, Sunday 8am-1pm.

Rentals available with the Enterprise representative located at Guest Servicse in the hotel lobby. Or call 407-398-0526.

EXPEDIA DESK

Hours of Operation: 7am-8pm Monday-Sunday.

The Guest Service Desk provides many services including attraction tickets, golf arrangements, 1-Ride Trolley Passes, vacation planning, sightseeing and local tours, airport and attraction shuttles, and maps. Attraction tickets are available to purchase (Universal, Disney, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Legoland, Gatorland, Orlando Eye). This desk is staffed and managed by an outside vendor.

BAGS

Bags is a remote airline check-in service that allows airline passengers on domestic flights to receive a boarding pass and check-in their luggage from the lobby of the Rosen Centre. The price for using BAGS is a $15.00 service fee per passenger plus any luggage fees the airline may charge (i.e. overweight bags, 1st bag charge, etc.). Group rates are available based on group size. Passengers must check-in with BAGS at least 3 hours prior to their departure time, on the same day of travel.

BOARDING PASSES

Hours of Operation: 24 hour access

A printing station is available for guests to print out airline boarding passes at the Front Desk. This is a complimentary self-service station that is available 24 hours per day. All major airline boarding passes may be printed here. For airlines not listed, please check with the Front Desk.
