ROCKSALT

ROCKsalt features globally-inspired share plates that are playful, flavorful and alluring. Exotic spices, ingredients and flavor profiles are married with fresh local products from Hawaii farms to create craveable, satisfying dishes that excite the palate. The menu is composed of small plates, large plates, sweet plates and sides, all of which are meant for sharing, paired with a comfortable setting where guests can gather, connect and talk story while enjoying a memorable meal.

TEPPAN-YAKI DAN

Contemporary Japanese cuisine grilled to perfection right before your eyes. Talented chefs twirl their knives and create volcanoes of fire while serving up ginger fried rice, lobster, steak, teriyaki chicken and more. Open Tuesday to Saturday. Seatings begin at 5:30pm - 9pm. CLIFF DIVE GRILL

The Cliff Dive Grill is the hot spot to enjoy tropical beverages, craft beers and casual fare, and is the best spot to watch our iconic evening cliff dive ceremony. Located near the center of the pool. Open daily from 11:00 AM–9:00 PM.

MAI TAI BAR

At the foot of Pu’u Keka’a (Black Rock), you can find a variety of choices from our menu for lunch and drinks at Mai Tai Bar. Just a brief walk from the beach, and in view of our lagoon-style pool, relax and listen to the waves while enjoying a legendary Black Rock Mai Tai. Open for service from 10:00am – 4:00pm. Food service from 11:00am – 3:00pm.

BLACK ROCK LOUNGE

Shake, stir, sear and drizzle are just a few of the things happening at Sheraton Maui’s newest hot spot Black Rock Lounge. Specializing in craft cocktails, small production beers and wines, along with island inspired creative cuisines; Black Rock Lounge invites spirit and brew enthusiasts, foodies, and friends to discover a new twist on an old favorite. Cocktails: 5:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Light fare served: 5:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Aloha Hour: 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

HANK'S HAUTE DOGS

Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa partnered with innovative restauranteur Henry “Hank” Adaniya to bring nationally acclaimed Hank’s Haute Dogs to the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa. The beachfront Maui location features some of Hank’s most popular ‘dogs’ including the Portuguese sausage Hawaiian dog as well as the Chicago dog and signature dipping sauces. Open daily 11am-3pm.

KEOKI'S COFFEE CART

Freshly brewed coffees and teas, light snacks, sandwiches, wraps and salads. Proudly serves Starbucks coffee. Located near the lobby.

MAUI NUI LUAU

Situated beachfront on award-winning Kaanapali Beach the Maui Nui Luau shares the music, dance and history of the islands right here at the foot of the famous cliff diving point, Black Rock. World renowned Polynesian entertainment producer Tihati Productions presents the best in Hawaiian & Polynesian song and dance, including the spectacular fire knife dance. Enjoy Hawaiian arts and crafts and experience an authentic Hawaiian Imu Ceremony and Pareo Fashion Show. The Maui Nui Luau is offered Mondays, Wednesdays, and seasonal Fridays from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
